At Temple Wellness, each session is an offering of reverence—to the land, to the body, and to Spirit. Rooted in the traditions of my American Indian lineage, all of my work is carried out in honor of my ancestors, who understood that true healing arises in sacred relationship with the natural world.

I am Taylor Lauren, a holistic massage therapist and energy practitioner dedicated to cultivating balance, restoration, and renewal of mind, body, and spirit. Since 2017, I have been weaving together ancient and modern practices, integrating the wisdom of massage, Reiki, Ayurvedic philosophy, and energy medicine into a healing approach that is both intuitive and deeply grounded. Certified in Prenatal Massage, Ayurvedic Health Counseling, and Reiki, I draw on a spectrum of modalities—Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, hot compresses, and energy balancing—creating sessions that are uniquely attuned to each individual.

What makes Temple Wellness distinct is our setting: every massage and Reiki session unfolds not in the confines of four walls, but within the embrace of nature. Clients are invited to receive healing in our handmade indigenous tipis among the serene landscape. This intentional connection to Earth amplifies the medicine of each session, allowing for a profound sense of grounding, spaciousness, and renewal.
