Welcome! I am honored to be able to work with you and share my passion for Craniosacral Therapy. This light-touch modality is so powerful; the more I experience it, the more in awe I am.

I've been an Occupational Therapist since 2005, specializing in pediatrics and sensory integration. I have always had an interest and in-depth understanding of the nervous system and human anatomy.

My interests shifted when I started having frequent, intense migraines in 2007. Nothing would make the pain go away and the doctor said I would have to be on preventative medication for the rest of my life. My coworker offered to do a Craniosacral session on me when I started having a migraine at work. I had never heard of it, but I was willing to try anything! Not only did the pain disappear, but I never had to go on any medication. I haven't had another full blown migraine since.

I wanted to know what this amazing therapy was and how I could help people using such gentle healing modality. I took my first Craniosacral class in 2010 and I was hooked.

My goal is to provide you with exactly what your body needs to heal itself. Through deep listening and light touch, we can work together to bring your body back into alignment and good health.
