Theresa Rivera was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. She prides herself in the culture and community that she grew up in.

She attended school at University of Phoenix while raising two young children of her own. She received a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and used that to help teach children and adults of all ages.

Stepping away from teaching, she decided that there was more that she wanted to do to help people. She became intrigued with massage therapy and holistic ways of healing others.

She decided to attend Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy to understand and gain knowledge to support others. She specialized in Neuromuscular Therapy which is a treatment method that focuses on areas of muscle spasm to relieve chronic stiffness and pain.

Theresa also received continuing education in sports massage therapy and is looking to advance her skills and personalize care for each of her patients.

During her down time, Theresa enjoys doing yoga, chilling at the beach, playing music, and spending time with her family.
