My goal is to help you live as pain-free as possible through the use of intentional, therapeutic massage. I believe in the body’s natural ability to heal — and that belief is rooted in my own story.

When I was a baby, doctors told my parents I might never walk due to a disconnect between the nerves in my spine and hip. Desperate for help, my grandfather found a healer who used therapeutic touch and energy work — and over time, my body responded. That early experience left a lasting impression on me: the idea that healing could happen without invasive procedures sparked my lifelong passion for bodywork.

I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2010 and have continued to advance my training in various modalities. Each session I offer is completely customized to your needs, incorporating a full range of pressure, therapeutic techniques, and — when appropriate — Cupping Therapy.

I specialize in deep tissue massage and enjoy working with clients in sports rehab or those recovering from injury. Whether you're managing chronic pain, healing from physical stress, or simply need to reset, I’m here to support your body’s path to wellness.
