Welcome to Blended Therapeutics!

My name is Cherish Young, and I am a Delaware licensed massage therapist. My journey to massage therapy began in 2010, when I enrolled in National Massage Therapy Institute (NMTI). Initially, I had received much criticism over my career choice, with many close to me believing I would end up hating massage therapy. However, this couldn't have been further from the truth. My love and passion for what I was learning only increased as time went by - and it continues to do so! And in 2011, I graduated from NMTI. Becoming a massage therapist has been one of the most rewarding decisions I've ever made in life.

I spent most of my time after graduation working as a CMT, traveling to ones who didn't have the physical ability to come to me (due to age or illnesses). I worked out of my home for most of this time, also doing chair massage for local businesses and special events. And in 2014, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Over the years I've learned a blend of techniques, both therapeutic and relaxation, that's helped refine my practice. Many of these techniques I incorporate in each personalized session. A massage for relaxation is never just about relaxation - but looking for little opportunities to encourage movement in stiff joints, flexibility in tight muscles and the relief of muscular pain.

My passion for massage deepens everyday. I am committed to learning new skills and refining old ones to help improve the health and wellbeing of each individual client. I look forward to working with you on your own therapeutic journey!
