Hello, I am a licensed bodyworker with a certification as a Manual Lymphatic Therapist. My journey as a holistic health practitioner began back in 1999, and since then, I have been dedicated to promoting well-being through bodywork, massage, and health coaching. These practices can address a wide range of wellness concerns, making them invaluable tools for your self-care journey.

Massage is a powerful tool for managing pain and reducing stress, and I specialize in working with women who experience chronic stress and pain. Building a support system and receiving coaching to establish healthier habits is the most effective way to achieve your health and wellness goals.
