With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, my journey began in 1998 when I graduated from the Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy in NYC. After many years of practice in New York, I now call Asheville, NC home, where I continue to support clients in their healing journeys.

Movement and the human form have been lifelong fascinations for me. As a natural dancer and mover, I’ve always been drawn to the intricacies of posture, flow, and alignment. This passion fuels my ongoing study and growth, allowing me to bring both knowledge and intuition into each session.
