Dr. Thomas Lee lives in the Antelope Valley area of California, where he runs his own practice and lives with his family. His interest in acupuncture sparked at a young age when he got sick. “My first encounter with acupuncture was when I was about 6 years old. I ate too many peaches at once and had a really bad stomachache and vomiting. My grandmother carried me on her back to see an acupuncturist who was living far away from my home. When the acupuncturist treated me, all the pain went away in less than 10 minutes. I happily returned home jumping and singing along the streams. I became a believer ever since.”

Born in S. Korea, Dr. Lee pursued his education at a seminary and subsequently dedicated himself to full-time professional missionary work for a period of 15 years. He travelled through least developed countries, sharing the Good News with people.

After serving as a missionary in various countries, he relocated to California to begin a new chapter in his career. He became a licensed acupuncturist at Stanton University in Garden Grove, achieving both a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) and a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM). He also extended his knowledge to auricular acupuncture as a licensed Acudetox Specialist (ADS).

“My core spirit of the service is from my background and philosophy. I have dedicated my whole life to serve people as a reverend, missionary and acupuncturist. To heal people’s lives not only their physical body but also mind and soul, I use all of my knowledge, experience and heart.”

His passion and talent in healing have been highly recognized by patients as well as students at the university’s clinic, where he, as a professor, taught courses such as acupuncture, TCM diagnosis and herbology. He also treated patients as university’s Clinic Director for 8 years.

He currently practices in the Lancaster-Palmdale area, where he treats numerous patients suffering from illness and pain, and is commended as a 'miracle worker' or 'magician'. He consistently demonstrates a high level of commitment, care, and enthusiasm in his approach to patients, often going above and beyond the expected standards of care.

Recently, he has received multiple accolades, including the WHO's WHO 2024 for America's Top Doctors, the 2023 'Three Best Rated' Business Excellence Awards, and the Best Award of Excellence by the SOM School.
