During a somatic massage session, I connect with the energy of each individual’s body & mind in the present moment with the intention to help them cultivate new internal landscapes of calm & quiet, which thereby lead to less physical pain and tension.

Patterns of pain & suffering are products of negative energy (accumulated, unprocessed, anger, sadness, fear, grief and anxiety) that has become stuck in the body's tissues & cells.

By recognizing and experiencing the physical sensations present in our bodies, moment by moment, we can physically start to unwind from all of this toxic tension and begin to move towards greater relaxation, compassion & wholeness.

My office is warm and inviting, with plenty of space to allow energy and breath to flow freely within the room during a session. I am located close to downtown San Rafael, just a few blocks away from 4th st. There is both onsite and street parking available.
