Massage Les Studios Policies & Procedures:

Payment method must be on file to hold appointment time.

Due to the individualized nature of service we offer, Massage Les Studios therapists

prepare rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an

appointment we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

We reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period.

If you find that you are running late for an appointment; we ask that you understand

that your session may be shortened so that we may be on time for other scheduled

clients.

Also, If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, you will be

considered a no call no show. Your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be

charged the full amount for your missed appointment. We reserve the right to book

another client during this time. If the therapist is still available, it is at his or her

discretion to treat you at that point.
