Hot towels, tea, and enhancement are always included with our in-office bodywork, and sessions are scheduled with extra time to allow for integration. Our massage creams are organic and house made, intended to be good for people and planet.

Our Integrative Massage includes techniques from Sports, Swedish, Cranial Sacral, Connective Tissue Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, and Lymphatic Massage. Energy Work can be done as a standalone session or a complement to more hands-on work.

Chair Massage is a great giveback for employees, group activities and events. Using a massage chair and shorter, fully-clothed sessions, Chair Massage is a great way to squeeze in some self-care. Show your crew how much you appreciate their hard work, and help them stay balanced and focused.
