I believe women can learn to heal themselves when Western medicine has no answer. Using centuries-old practices mixed with modern tools, I teach my clients how to explore the root cause of wellness issues and find their best resources for holistic, female-focused healing.

I earned a certificate from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2011 and have been licensed by the state of Tennessee since 2012 to practice massage therapy.
