Ho'ola means to make alive, to be alive, to live. The restorative benefit of connecting our physical, mental, and spiritual body is the foundation of my work at Ho'ola massage. Using a holistic approach tailored to your life and your body is the most important work we do together. Every session is devoted to being present to you and your treatment.

The primary modalities that are incorporated with your massage are lomi, Reiki, and myofascial release. I also have many other kinds of bodywork which I draw on to meet the needs of session (i.e. medical, sports, spa therapies...) Lomi and all Hawaiian work is seated in spirituality and love. My greatest hope for your outcome of the session is that your whole self felt attended, mended, and cared for.
