My massage services are focused on the health and well being of athletes as well as the overall general population. The sole purpose of my massages is to provide massage & bodywork services in using an integrative approach, improving functional mobility, increasing ROM for optimal performance, and stress relief and relaxation among my clients. Upholding a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sport Science with experience in Physical Therapy and Exercise Physiology, has led me to believe that incorporating a variety of therapeutic massage techniques into my treatments will promote a better recovery of various sports injuries in athletes.
