Natural Medicine Practitioner | Advanced Wellness Educator

My journey into natural and integrative wellness began with my own personal health journey in 2020. After completing my master’s education in psychology, my experience inspired me to look more deeply at the connection between nutrition, the nervous system, lifestyle, and whole-person well-being. That journey eventually led me to pursue advanced education in holistic nutrition and natural medicine.

I hold a doctoral degree in holistic nutrition and am a Board Certified Doctor of Natural Medicine (BCDNM) through the North American Board of Natural Health (NABNH). I also hold a professional license through NABNH within the scope of my training. In addition, I have completed advanced education in integrative health, including study in areas such as neurotransmitters, epigenetics, physiology, nutrition, and cellular health.

I work as a natural medicine practitioner and an advanced wellness consultant, combining personalized holistic nutrition and lifestyle education with physiology-informed wellness approaches and non-invasive technologies. My goal is to help you better understand your body’s patterns, connect the dots between different areas of your health and lifestyle, and make more informed decisions about your wellness journey.

My continuing professional training also includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), as well as training and mentorship in biofeedback and neurofeedback. I continue to expand my knowledge through professional education, mentorship, conferences, and ongoing study because I believe learning in health and wellness never truly stops.

My faith is an important part of how I view the human body. I believe the body is a beautifully designed creation from God, with an incredible capacity to adapt, restore, and move toward balance when it receives appropriate nutrition, rest, movement, stress support, and care.

I believe wellness should be personal. Rather than looking at one isolated piece, I encourage a whole-person perspective that considers nutrition, metabolism, nervous-system regulation, lifestyle, emotional well-being, environment, and the strong connection between the gut, heart, and brain.
