Custom massage can vary from client and how they are feeling that day. Each session is customize which can include a combination or not of Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Prenatal, and/or Alignment work.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
