I have a peaceful and private studio to serve you in. I have been studying and learning Reiki for over 10 years. I received my certification in First and Second degree Reiki, from the International Center for Reiki Training in April of 2021. I am excited share the power of energy healing and breath work. Reiki is beneficial for overall physical and mental well-being and also helps with muscle soreness, recovery, sleep issues, anxiety and depression, stomach issues and can make other treatments you are currently receiving work better.

I received my certification due to my love of Reiki and wanting to "give back". No matter what you are going through emotionally or physically, Reiki can help you. Reiki works to open up our energy pathways and let blocked "Ki", or energy flow more freely.
