Hello and welcome!

My name is Tiffany, and I am thrilled that you have decided to make self care a priority..and choosing me to help you accomplish that! As someone who has worked in the healthcare field for the majory of my life, specializing primarily in autism and various mental health services, I wanted to create a safe space, free of judgement, for my clients to receive the much needed care that our body requires. It is a common misconception that massage therapy is a luxury service, however, I am here to encourage and educate my clients on how beneficial it is to take preventative measures as opposed to reactive measures. Not only does massage therapy provide physical relief, but mental and emotional support as well.

I believe in custom sessions tailored to my client's specific needs, which is why I do not have my services listed in a traditional way such as " Relaxation" "Therapeutic" and "Deep tissue". Together you and I will discuss our goals and customize our sessions tailored to your needs. Whether that be a quick target "mini" session, or a full therapeutic session targeting the whole body, your body will thank you.
