Med Massage Durham

Clinical, Results-Focused Massage &
Trauma Informed Somatic Bodywork

Highly specific, anatomically accurate bodywork designed to reduce pain,
restore movement, and support nervous system regulation.

A Different Kind of Massage

My work combines clinical medical massage with somatic, trauma-informed bodywork.

Sessions are:
Highly specific
Anatomically accurate
Deeply relaxing
Responsive to your nervous system
Tailored to your goals each visit

Rather than following a routine, treatment is guided by assessment,
touch feedback, and how your body responds in real time.

The goal is not just temporary relief — but meaningful, lasting change.
