My name is Tammy McLaughlin. After a car accident in 2014 I found myself sore, stiff and anxious. I quickly sought out holistic ways to heal my body, and that’s when I discovered massage.

Massage helped to soften and lengthen my stiff muscles, which brought back comfort and better ease of movement over time. I also realized that while getting treatment for the accident, the massage was inadvertently helping with the anxiety I had suffered due to the crash. After more than a year of treatment it was easy to conclude that massage was and is incredibly therapeutic to the mind as well as the body.

I knew then that it was something I had to investigate further, and that it was just a matter of time before I ended up on the other side of the table helping to transform others from being sore, stiff and anxious to feeling the freedom of moving again with less pain and anxiety.

In 2017 I attended Arlington School of Massage and proudly graduated valedictorian in 2018. I love to integrate a variety of techniques into my work so that each client can receive the best possible treatment for their needs.

Please note all prices reflect a discount for payment at the time of service. Our rate for deferred payment and billing is $46.25 per 15 minutes of massage.
