I have been practicing Massage Therapy in Florida for over 14 years, specializing in Sports & Medical Massage and Traditional Thai Massage.

I'm a current member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA), and the Central Florida Sports Massage Team. I also hold Personal Training, Fitness, and Nutrition certifications.

As long as I can remember, I have had an interest in the human body, how it works and how changes are made within our bodies, both good and bad (wellness and disease). That curiosity has fueled my love and passion for wellness, both mental and physical, and made me the therapist I am today.

I strive to not only treat my clients, but to educate them so that they may understand how to better care for their own bodies and experience improved quality of life.
