After more than 20 years in healthcare management, I felt called to care for people in a more personal way — through presence, touch, and intentional support.

As a 2017 graduate of Spa Tech Institute, I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Hot Stone therapy. Over time, my work has grown into something more than massage. It’s become a space where individuals and families can come to reset, restore, and feel supported at every stage of life.

I also incorporate holistic wellness tools and metabolic support to help clients address inflammation, energy levels, recovery, and sustainable weight management in a balanced, realistic way.
