After more than 20 years in healthcare management, I felt called to care for people in a more personal way — through presence, touch, and intentional support.

As a 2017 graduate of Spa Tech Institute, I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Hot Stone therapy. Over time, my work has grown into something more than massage. It’s become a space where individuals and families can come to reset, restore, and feel supported at every stage of life.

My approach blends therapeutic massage, Myofascial Release, assisted stretching, and heat therapy to reduce tension, calm the nervous system, and support circulation.

I also incorporate holistic wellness tools and metabolic support to help clients address inflammation, energy levels, recovery, and sustainable weight management in a balanced, realistic way.
