As a graduate of Miller-Motte in Cary, NC, I have been practicing massage since 2009. Over the years I have acquired different techniques that I use to provide a unique, customized experience for my clients. Types of modalities I incorporate include Swedish to promote relaxation, Deep Tissue for those tight muscles that need a little extra pressure, Trigger Point to help release the “knots”, Sports for stretching overused muscles, and Reflexology to stimulate energy pathways. Massage has been a passion of mine for over a decade and I hope to have the opportunity to share that with you.
