Booking Policy
All services must be booked directly by the individual receiving the service. This ensures accurate communication regarding treatment preferences, health concerns, and consent. Third-party bookings are not accepted under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
