I am not your average massage therapist! A colorful and varied life has gifted me a profound appreciation of The Journey and nurtured in me a philosophy that emphasizes facilitating my clients’ self-healing through whole-body listening and empathetic touch. I believe from personal experience in the power of massage to help return stress-battered nervous systems to a place of recovery, regulation and energization.

My current interests include performing bodywork to the healing sounds of music produced by live plants. I am also fascinated by somatic experiencing, nervous system healing and structural integration. I practices cranio-sacral therapy, reiki and polarity therapy. I am a certified American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer and National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist.
