Welcome and thank you for visiting! My name is Andrew Rudell and I have a passion for helping others find relief from stress, tension and physical suffering. Massage provides a wide variety of health benefits and has positive effects on mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Allowing the body to rest and release from the grind of our daily lives is one of the simplest forms of self-care.

Understanding that working people seek massage for a variety of reasons, I incorporate deep tissue, myokinesthesio, aromatherapy and many other techniques into my practice. My approach is intended to increase my clients’ range of motion, release tension and stimulate rejuvenation and restoration in the body, mind and spirit. The practice of massage has profound effects on the nervous system and many of my clients find that they experience the benefits for days after their massage.
