Growing up in the small town of Cynthiana, KY, is where I received my first massage. My passion for learning the art of massage and specifically exploring therapeutic techniques started here. In April of 2010 I started my journey at the Lexington Healing Arts Academy, graduating in July 2010. I have spent my 11 year career working at the Massage Center in Lexington where I helped many clients, most of whom are scheduled monthly. I opened Healing Hands Massage Studio to bring the experience and knowledge of therapeutic touch through massage to my community. I strive to create a safe, judgement free environment to practice massage techniques customized for you, to better alleviate painful, over-worked muscles. I specialize in trigger point therapy, which means that I target specific and painful areas in the muscle that cause discomfort. This can be a result of repetitive movements in the home, work place, gym, or athletic activity. I have been trained in relaxation, hot stones, t.m.j dysfunctions, and prenatal massage as well.
