Hi, I’m Jess Vogel

I have been a licensed massage therapist for 7 years now and have enjoyed every opportunity I have been given to help improve the lives of my clients. I believe in the power of physical touch, non-pharmaceutical interventions and the strong mind and body link. Since experiencing first hand the physical and psychological benefits of regular bodywork, I knew this is what I wanted to contribute to the world. In addition to deep relaxation and stress relief, clients can also benefit from relief of chronic muscle pain with regular body work and self-care. It is my long-term goal to constantly learn new things to benefit my clients for the rest of my career.

As an added perk for my clients, I offer an optional heated bamboo technique and/or warm Himalayan salt stones at no extra cost. Heated bamboo brings a warm, soothing effect to the body which contributes to relaxing the muscle and releasing tension all in one. Warm Himalayan salt stones reduce stress and anxiety, promote deep relaxation and more.
