Health and wellness are key to living a happy life and having fun. We are complete beings with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. Each thought, action, behavior and habit has an effect on the whole. To truly appreciate life and thrive we must address the health of the whole through awareness and integration of these parts. I hope to assist you to build awareness of who you are and fortify your ability to make the changes necessary to create the life you have always dreamed of.

I left a corporate career in 2003 to pursue a career in massage therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Sound Therapist, Posture Therapist, Heart Math Practitioner and Polarity Practitioner.

I studied Massage and Bodywork at Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Spirit Winds Thai Massage, Deep Feet Ashiatsu and have completed various continuing education seminars with rolfers Til Luchau and Erik Dalton.
I have a 200 hour certification in Barkan Yoga and am a Certified Practitioner of YogAlign.
I am an Associate Polarity Therapy Practitioner and currently receiving advanced training from the Colorado School of Energy Studies.
I have studied Sound Therapy with Acutonics and in 2021 studied with the Globe Institute of Sound Healing receiving a Certificatefrom their 200 hour Sound Healing Program.
I have studied and taught the Silva Method Mind Development Program as well as the Heart Brain Coherence techniques from the HeartMath Institute.

I enjoy living, learning and laughing. My favorite activities are generally in the great outdoors; hiking, running, biking and skiing. I enjoy challenges and to that end have completed the Triple Bypass bike ride and trail runs in the Grand Canyon, Summit County and the Big Horns of Wyoming.
