My name is Jessica Mendoza, a professional Licensed Massage Therapist currently helping clients in Tampa, Fl and Philadelphia, PA. I have a big passion for helping people through therapeutic touch and I provide customized Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork to help clients relieve chronic pain, reduce stress, relieve tight muscles, or work on a specific problem to improve clients’ well-being.

All my massage/bodywork sessions can include one or more of the techniques mentioned below, and opposite to a regular massage where you can relax and fall asleep on the table, you might be asked to actively participate during the session by producing some type of movements while I apply some techniques such as holding a compression to release tension. I incorporate various massage and bodywork modalities/techniques depending on my clients’ needs.

• Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) to treat myofascial restriction

I currently work with current and retired NFL, NBA and USWNT athletes. I am also experienced with athletes' comprehensive individual recovery sessions during their Combine Training, to ensure full optimal performance for the NFL Combine and their Pro Days. I am extremely passionate about helping people find relief from chronic pain and injuries. My work can help those suffering with chronic pain, athletes looking to improve their performance, and anyone else looking to improve overall well-being.

Each session is specifically tailored around YOU and your individual needs. The first session will include an initial evaluation discussing health records and any past injuries, so we can decide your treatment plan! An intake form will be emailed to you upon booking your appointment which will need to be filled out prior to your session.

Out-Call sessions available within a limited mile radius, and for an extra charge.

When booking for massage/bodywork please be mindful of the therapists' time.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $50 fee. (100% of the full session price for mobile sessions)

No shows are subject to 100% of the full session price for the missed appointment.
