Hello, I am Kelly Fox, LMT & Wellness Coach!

I have had the blessing of working with individuals for 20+ years to help relieve and eliminate symptoms of Stress, Chronic Tension, Misuse/ Overuse, Poor Posture, Tendonitis, Arthritis, Bursitis, Osteoporosis, Herniated Discs, Bulging Discs, Degenerative Discs, Frozen Shoulder, Neuropathy, Edema, Fibromyalgia, etc. In addition, I have also worked with individuals to help ease symptoms of mental/emotional imbalances such as Anxiety, Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

When working with my clients, I find addressing the pain and discomfort through the use of many different modalities to be the most effective. This is most commonly called Integrative Bodywork.

We are all complex individuals with different needs at different times; this is the way that I approach each of my client’s sessions. I look at each person holistically. We are physical, emotional, and spiritual beings. Different modalities address different systems. Together my clients & I determine the best modalities for their session that day. Prior to entering the massage therapy field I was pursuing a degree in psychology, and working as an assistant adolescent Addictions Counselor. I enjoyed working with teens; guiding their minds and hearts to a loving power greater then themselves. These life changing results drove me to an even greater love for God and man.

In the summer of 2004, I went on a two week spiritual retreat to Bimini in the Bahamas to swim with the dolphins in the wild. This was the hiatus of a life time! Here I began to fully open to a divinely inspired path. I received an absolutely unforgettable bodywork session by a woman named Amlas. It was on her table that I began to see and feel the unprecedented correspondence between the mind and body.

The moment I arrived back to my home in Holland, PA I fervently began searching for massage schools. Much to my dismay, I was unable to find a school for massage therapy which focused on the emotional aspects of massage, as well as the physical. Finally, a little over one year later, in October of 2005 I had found a school whose mission was a perfect fit for the knowledge I had come to know.

Located in breathtaking Algarve, Portugal The Green Mountain Institute for Integrative Therapy, is where I received a solid foundation in all aspects of massage including but not limited to: anatomy and physiology, theory, technique, ethics, psychology of the body, emotional awareness, the phenomenon of body armoring, and a wide array of modalities (Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (Deep Tissue Massage), Pregnancy Massage, Sports Specific Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy). My stay in Portugal was a profound experience! Not only did I learn how to assist in others healing, but I also had the opportunity to heal some of my deepest wounds, so that I may better serve the needs of others. I truly believe in walking the talk and paving the way to heath and wholeness. Leading by example is one way we can change the world for the better - one person, one soul, and one spirit at a time.
