Meet Monique McPherson

Monique McPherson’s journey into massage therapy began with a simple experience that would change the direction of her life.

While working at a school that offered Massage Therapy as one of its courses, Monique began receiving weekly bodywork. Over the course of several months, she noticed changes within herself—not only in her energy and flexibility, but also in her circulation, overall well-being, and the way she felt in her body. She began to experience firsthand the powerful connection between touch, healing, and the body’s ability to restore itself.

Something within her shifted.

She knew she had discovered more than just a career. She had found a calling.

Seventeen years later, Monique continues to walk that path with the same passion and gratitude that first inspired her. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not only about the physical body, but also about creating space for the mind, body, and spirit to reconnect.

Her mission is to help others see massage therapy in a different light—not simply as a luxury or an occasional treat, but as an important part of caring for oneself, releasing what the body has been carrying, and making time to simply breathe, rest, and reconnect.

For Monique, every body that comes through her door has a story. Every ache, every tension pattern, and every moment of stress is an opportunity to listen to what the body may be asking for. She thoughtfully combines different massage modalities and techniques to create sessions that honor each individual’s needs and provide meaningful relief within the time they have together.

But the healing doesn't stop with her clients.

Being able to offer healing touch is therapeutic for Monique, too. There is something deeply fulfilling about knowing that her hands can help someone soften, release pain, quiet their mind, and leave feeling a little more whole than when they arrived.

To witness someone let go of the weight they've been carrying—even for a little while—is an honor she holds with deep gratitude.

At the heart of Love Ur Temple is a simple message: You deserve to take care of yourself. You deserve to rest. You deserve to feel good in your body. You deserve a moment to simply be.

Monique is honored to create that space through compassionate touch, intentional healing, and genuine care.

Allow Love Ur Temple to help you love on yourself, reconnect with your body, nurture your spirit, and become a better you.

Let's Flow Together.
