At Mindfully inTouch, I offer mindful, holistic bodywork and healing designed to gently release dis-ease and tension stored in the body. Each session is a safe space to land—a nurturing environment where your body is heard, and healing is invited to unfold at its own pace.

My approach to massage is rooted in compassion and presence. Using gentle yet effective techniques, I slowly and intentionally ease into areas of discomfort to help relieve pain and stagnant energy. With every touch, my goal is to establish the trust and safety needed for true relaxation and healing to take place.

I hold space with patience, persistence, and deep care—creating an atmosphere of peace, calm, and tranquility. Through this work, we not only address physical tension, but often uncover and begin to release emotional wounds as well—because body and soul are deeply connected.

A deeply nurturing and intuitive approach to bodywork that goes beyond traditional massage. I listen closely to what your body is holding—whether it’s stress, pain, or emotional tension—and use a blend of techniques to help release, unwind, and restore balance. Trauma Touch Therapy™

Trauma Touch Therapy™ is a client-centered, body focused approach to healing trauma using sensing, breath, movement, contact, and play. It’s about creating a safe, supportive environment where you can gently rebuild trust in your body. We move slowly, honoring your pace and choices every step of the way.

This work honors the courage it takes to be in your body after trauma. In these sessions, safety, consent, and choice are everything. We move at your pace, using gentle contact (if tolerated) and somatic awareness to help you rebuild trust with your body, reclaim your space, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Ideal for women who are:

Healing from past trauma or body-based anxiety
Reclaiming a sense of safety and agency
Exploring body-based healing in a gentle, non-invasive way
Learning to feel grounded and empowered again

Over a 10 week span you will gain tools to learn how to be and stay in the present , reconnect with sensation, learn to feel at home in the body, and receive empowerment to return to wholeness and truth.
