Hello and welcome, let me start by saying I appreciate you for taking the time to read a little about me. I started my journey as a massage therapist 8 years ago not knowing anything about massage and the benefits it has physically, mentally, and emotionally. Benefits such as relieving stress on the body and mind, manipulation of your muscles allowing increased range of motion, decreasing tension in the muscle fibers for less pull on your bones and joints. I am still learning different techniques and modalities to apply to my massage. Here are some modalities I currently specialize in: Deep tissue, Sports massage, Cupping, Reflexology, and Myofascial release. There is still much to learn which keep things interesting. I enjoy applying my knowledge to help people heal through my massages. Meeting the different types people through massage is the best part of my journey. I do share the space with another therapist.
