At Roots of Intention, every session is thoughtfully customized by a licensed and certified massage therapist with 10 years of experience. Our approach combines both bodywork and energy-based techniques to help address not just the symptoms of pain, but the underlying root causes. We believe in care that is intuitive, intentional, and deeply restorative.

The Value of 90-Minute Sessions

Our standard 90-minute massage sessions allow for a more comprehensive approach to treatment. This extended format provides the necessary time to both address targeted areas of concern and support the body’s natural rhythm with a calming, continuous flow. Clients consistently find this format to be more effective for pain management, recovery, and overall relaxation.

Medical Massage & Insurance Accessibility

Roots of Intention Studios proudly provides medical massage therapy for clients managing chronic conditions, injuries, post-surgical recovery, or ongoing physical dysfunction. These services are eligible for insurance reimbursement, and we gladly accept FSA/HSA cards for bookings and memberships.

Receipts include both the Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) number and National Provider Identifier (NPI), which are typically required by insurers for documentation and claims processing. For clients receiving care as part of a coordinated treatment plan, supporting documentation can be provided upon request.
