My work is trauma-aware and centered on creating a sense of calm, safety, and deep support for the body—particularly when chronic pain or symptoms are connected to nervous system dysregulation and stress.

I offer Swedish massage with light-to-medium pressure, manual lymphatic work, and craniosacral therapy, or a thoughtful blend of modalities based on your needs. Sessions are always guided by your comfort and the body’s innate wisdom.
