Growing up I knew 9-5 work wasn't for me and I wanted to make a difference and change the world. I wanted to be a therapist of some kind and prayed for a purpose and God showed me that massage therapy was my calling. Everything was pointing to Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School and I'm so blessed to have had the opportunity to get my education there. I knew my parents and family needed it and I could do it anywhere so it was perfect for me.

I'm married, and have two kitties. I’ve been practicing massage since 2016 and got licensed in 2018. I worked front desk at Massage Heights for two years while going to school and then massage for 3 years and started my own business full time in June 2021.

I love learning so this was the best career for that! Psychology and the nervous system are so intriguing to me and I listen to the holistic trauma healing podcast along with audiobooks on the vagus nerve and the body keeps the score! Now I am confident in saying I am a trauma informed massage therapist! I truly care about holding a safe space for my clients to release any trapped emotions!

I love doing Deep Tissue Trigger Point Therapy. I also love adding in stretches, pulsing and rebalancing, and joint articulation! I have hot stones and cupping available as well! And I do maternity massages! I've also added Holistic Body Sculpting to my list of things I offer! Fascia Blasters have changed my life!
