Fran helps entrepreneurial women, and men, build a better life. Raising 4 children over a span of 36 years, earning certifications in yoga & meditation teaching, health coaching (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), life, and business coaching (Book Yourself Solid®) and somewhere in the middle building an alpaca farm, and rebuilding her marriage, she understands burnout and feeling stuck. She equally understands other women’s challenges, and is committed to guiding them to build their better life. She brings a wealth of knowledge, personal experiences, intuition, empathy, and humor to her clients and audiences. Guiding entrepreneurs and professionals, she helps them realize their next chapter, embrace the person they are, ultimately building a life and work they love.

Some of Fran’s passions (other than her work) are being outside in nature, hiking, laughter, walking on the beach, snorkeling in tropical waters, travel and great food.
