Welcome to Lilly’s Massage & Movement (LMM)! I’m Lilly Andrade, Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of LMM.

With over 6 years of experience, LMM was built on the belief that massage therapy is more than relaxation—it’s a key part of how your body moves, performs, and recovers. My work focuses on helping clients reduce tension, improve mobility, and feel more connected to their bodies through intentional, results-driven sessions.

My approach blends therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation work, while also considering how your body functions in everyday life. Whether you’re active, dealing with chronic tension, or simply looking to maintain your well-being, each session is customized to support your specific needs.

LMM currently offers in-home massage services for a more personalized and convenient experience, allowing you to receive care in a comfortable environment. As the brand continues to grow, the vision is to expand into a dedicated space that integrates both bodywork and movement-based wellness.

Beyond hands-on work, LMM also extends into education and mentorship through LMM Legacy—where I support massage therapists and students in building confidence, developing their skills, and creating sustainable careers within the industry.
