Hello, My name is Drew. I am a Massage Therapist as well as a part time personal trainer. I take pride in my own health and wellness, and I love to educate others about the role health and wellness plays in all of our lives. Massage can be applied for many different reasons and is good for every individual regardless of age, sex, activity level, etc.

I have a wide variety of anatomy and physiology background from my academic studies. I learned it twice in two different college programs that I was in, I took another version of anatomy for my personal training study program and I took another anatomy class when I went to massage school. I’m very fortunate for these experiences because it allowed to see the different perspectives each one of those professors had, which has helped to make my anatomy perspective as diverse as it is today. It's nice to be able to think about an injury or body part from all of these different perspectives and makes for better and easier solutions in how to treat my patients.

Being that I am a personal trainer part-time, I am always working with the body. I am constantly studying how the muscles work with and against each other to create movement and generate force, allowing us to stand upright, and even breathe. Thanks to my academic background and my work experience in fitness, improvising workouts and exercises modifications came naturally to me. I am so grateful for having been certified as a personal trainer because all of that information translates into massage perfectly.

As a Massage Therapist, I combine all my knowledge and previous work experience with the body to create my very own, thoroughly detailed, massage sequences that encompass everything a full body massage should be. I take notes with each session so that we can look back and see things that work and don’t work, to ensure that 100% of my clients’ goals are met for each future massage.
