Hello! My name is Monja and my goal is to assist you in resolving stress and pain using natural methods. My sessions are always customized to fit your needs.

I am a Nationally Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist with over 10 years in the industry. My additional training in Kinesiolgy broadens my scope of practice to effectively deal with issues of Stress, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, jaw pain TMJ/TMD, muscle and movement dysfunction and trauma.

Massage & bodywork in all it's forms is a wonderful wellness tool. It can help correct soft tissue dysfunctions, increase circulation and healing, and reduce stress. Regular sessions can prevent injuries, and stress over load.

It was my introduction to Brain-Gym TM, which uses simple movements to move us out of stress and into whole brain learning, which means the stress is gone and there is an "Ahaaa" moment of solution, and improved body function. This Mind-Body Connection opened up a whole new world for me about how profoundly our emotions can affect body function. We all like to see results. Sometimes injuries seem not to heal, or stress' are too overwhelming and seemingly no help is available.

The two main responses to stress is " I can't stop" or "I can't Move". Body work and Kinesiolgy programs are designed to assess how the body is affected (holding on to the stress) and release it in a gentle way. Getting you back on track and smiling.
