After sustaining a back injury in the 1990s, massage therapy was the only thing that brought me relief. It literally changed my life! Inspired by this wonderful healing gift, I decided to make massage my career so I could share it with others.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years, receiving my license in 1999 from the Alpha School of Massage in sunny Port St. Lucie, Florida. After graduation, I worked at a day spa where I was trained to work with the Yonka product line and a Vichy shower. My next role was working alongside a local chiropractor, helping patients recover from accidents, injuries, and surgeries. Eventually, I landed my dream job: working on a cruise line in the Mediterranean! My tour included 13 ports of call between Madrid, Spain and Dubrovnik, Croatia, and I am incredibly grateful for that wealth of cultural exposure.

After Europe, I wanted to return home to my family in Connecticut, which brought me back to the East Coast. Today, my office is open 7 days a week, by appointment only. I hold advanced certifications in several modalities designed to help your whole body relax and make you feel great again.

My Unique Treatments

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) Developed by Aaron Mattes, L.M.T. This unique treatment engages the body with gentle, two-second stretches that deliver oxygen and nutrition to the muscles. It can increase your range of motion by 30% or more in just one session.
Indian Head Massage with Ayurvedic Essential Oils Developed by Wolfgang Luckman, L.M.T. This deeply relaxing massage provides immediate relief from stress and tension in your head, neck, and jaw. You can choose from a wide variety of essential oils to enhance your treatment. I create a fresh blend for you using Tamanu and rosehip seed oils to nourish and hydrate your skin.
Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT) Developed by Erik Dalton, Ph.D., L.M.T. This treatment focuses on recognizing strain patterns before they become pain patterns. It utilizes joint-stretching, deep breathing, and long myofascial work to help the body restore proper alignment. Unlike most massage styles, this treatment requires you to actively engage so we can work together to free up stuck patterns in your body.
Pregnancy Massage I absolutely love helping moms-to-be relax so they can feel their best when the baby arrives. This massage is performed while you lie comfortably on your side to avoid putting pressure on the baby. You can use as many pillows as you like to get perfectly comfortable! For safety, we use no essential oils or scents of any kind—just pure, fractionated coconut oil.
