Julie went to school at Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics to pursue a degree in massage therapy. It was there she discovered her passion for massage and bodywork. After graduation, she became certified by the IZII in Zen Triggerpoint and Zen Bodytherapy and feels so fortunate to have learned this style of structural integration. Other modalities Julie uses are myofascial release, intraoral (certified), swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, and injury massage. Through these different styles, she is able to meet her clients where they need to be met.
