I require a personal, 15 minute phone consultation with all clients before disclosing the address, since this is a home based business. The available times on Mondays and Fridays are for consultations only. When you click on the above "service menu" button you will be directed to choose a service. Under the tab "coaching services" please select "free consultation" and indicate what time you would like to set up a consultation on Monday or Friday. Existing clients can book online for Tuesday and Thursday available times. I am not accepting bodywork appointments on Mondays and Fridays.

My focus is to support health and growth through the mind/body connection.
