I’m Courtney Barnes, a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in the healing arts. My practice, Still Waters Wellness, was born from a deep calling to create sacred space for restoration, presence, and renewal.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to be recognized among the top therapists in Kentucky for lymphatic and therapeutic massage, with clients referred to me by physicians from across the state. Yet beyond the techniques and credentials, my passion lies in offering touch that brings body, mind, and spirit back into harmony.

I believe massage is more than a treatment—it’s a form of sacred alchemy, where stress and pain can soften into peace, and where each person is reminded of their innate wholeness. Whether I’m providing deeply restorative bodywork, gentle prenatal care, or supportive lymphatic therapy, my intention is always the same: to help you feel safe, seen, and renewed.
