Hi! I’m Leslie Wright, a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Specialist, Certified Life Stretch Instructor, & Founder of The Wright Stretch. My mission is pretty simple: Help people stretch effectively so they can experience lasting relief from chronic pain.

Since I was a little girl, I have always been intrigued with the idea of relieving pain in those around me and always knew I wanted to help people through some facet of the medical field. I didn’t care for blood, so being a doctor was out, but massage & bodywork was a perfect fit. I started massage school straight out of high school and never looked back.

I graduated from Northwest School of Massage in 2004 & have been in the healthcare field ever since. After massage school, I trained with Master Flexibility Specialists Ann & Chris Frederick for over a year as well as attended their workshops to the highest level available. I have even helped teach Fascial Stretch Therapy workshops multiple times as a teaching assistant both in the US and in Canada.

Learning FST completely changed my outlook on bodywork and stretching. I found my true passion in helping people to find relief from pain through gentle stretching. In 2006 I founded The Wright Stretch & for over 15 years I have fine -tuned my skills by working with a wide variety of clients from professional athletes to the elderly.

I am a Mama to a son & a daughter & a military wife to my amazing husband Billy. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I love reading ( I absolutely nerd out on medical documents or anatomy books), listening to great music (especially Tom Petty), hiking, & traveling.
