Jacked Up Massage Therapy was dreamt up while I was finishing my massage therapy training at Cincinnati School of Medical Massage in 2021. I have always known that I would not take the traditional approach to massage. I was blessed to have 2 different opportunities before branching out on my own that allowed me to create my own mix between relaxing/luxury and medical massage. While my primary focus is medical massage, every massage is customizable to the client and their needs.

The idea behind Jacked Up Massage Therapy is that if you say "Oh my goodness my ________(back, ankle, head, shoulder, leg....) is so jacked (messed) up!" You need me :) My goal is to help anyone who needs to feel better physically. The thing is, when we feel bad physically, it turns to feeling bad mentally and emotionally, which makes us cranky and uncomfortable. This affects every aspect of our lives.

So what makes Jacked Up Massage Therapy stand out? In today's society it is hard to make time for ourselves and selfcare. We have to go to work, kids need rides to school and sports, we are taking care of family members, volunteering where we can, juggling work/life balance, taking care of elderly parents...the list goes on and on! This is where I can help. As relaxing and nice as a day at the spa sounds, those are typically few and far between for most people. Massage can be done in a variety of different settings. There are table massages and chair massages. I offer in-home, at work, and at my office as options. As a mother, I know it's hard to get some alone time or even find someone to watch the kiddos, I don't mind if they are there! You're also welcome to bring them to my office! My goal is to make massage achievable for anyone and everyone who needs/wants it.
