Whether you suffer from overworked bands of fibrous tissues (muscles), are affected by headaches, joint pains, strains, and automobiles (all jokes aside, sitting for prolonged hours is burdensome on the human body), are plagued by fibromyalgia, fatigue, restlessness, anxiety, depression, addiction, are an avid gym-goer/lead an active lifestyle or are just looking to keep your muscles in top-tier condition to maintain the lifestyle you've grown so accustomed to; massage can help.

What to expect:

Before your scheduled appointment, an intake form alerting me of any contraindications that may be present, will be emailed to you before your scheduled massage. A reminder message will be sent to your phone the day before your session. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and asked a few questions about your overall health, wellness and expectations about the upcoming massage. The goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, since relaxed muscles respond more positively to massage treatments. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to inquire at any point before, during or after the visit. You will be told to undress down to your comfort level and lie down on the massage table, under the sheet and blanket, after I leave the room (my draping style is very modest to ensure that you aren't exposed or compromised in any way). Every massage is tailored to your body's personal needs. Depth, speed and pressure can be adjusted at any time if discomfort is experienced.
