I found massage a bit by accident but have not regretted it. It gives me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and help them feel better. Taking care of our physical bodies is essential, and I am honored so many people have trusted me to take care of them since 2005. I love working with clients who want to relax but may need a bit of deeper work in target areas.

I work in Salt Lake and Utah county and can also provide in-home massage to those areas in Utah. I am also available to provide massage at retreats and conferences (within reasonable driving distance). Contact me for pricing for events and retreats.

In my downtime I love reading thrillers, romance, and self-help books; writing fiction and nonfiction; listening to true crime and white-collar crime podcasts; going for walks outside; binge-watching anything with Chef Ramsay and being with my partner (he's the best!).
